How to shop with AGBC this holiday season 2025

by Adela Beranek on October 28, 2025

Hey Good Folks,

As we roll into the 2025 holiday season, here’s the latest shipping update from us at All the Good Things from BC (AGBC) - your trusted connection to gifts made with story, heart, and West Coast flavour.

📬 HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPPING DEADLINES (CANADA & USA)

All orders ship from Whistler, B.C., Canada (West Coast).

We’re doing our best to deliver gifts in time, but as always: weather, rural-accessibility, and service disruptions can cause delays. Thanks so much for your understanding and for weaving this local-business journey into your holiday plans.

  • Order by December 14 → Expected arrival by December 24.

  • For British Columbia orders only: Order by December 19 → Expected arrival by December 24.

  • December 20–24: We’ll offer curb-side pickup in Whistler, B.C. and possibly local delivery in the Sea-to-Sky region (weather and conditions permitting).

For the most up-to-date info on shipping promotions, please check our Shipping Policies page.

📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When you shop with us, you’re supporting a small, local business - not a soulless mega-corporation. As a small team, we can’t absorb the cost of return shipping, but we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges of unused items (some exclusions apply) within 30 days of purchase.

Need help with a return? Email us at hello@allthegoodthingsfrombc.ca, and we’ll guide you through the process.

🌿 WHAT ARRIVES IN YOUR PACKAGE

Your order will likely arrive in a reused box or recyclable mailer. We also reuse all packing materials—feel free to do the same! Occasionally, we may use a new bubble mailer or flat-rate box from Canada Post if it’s the best fit for your order.

If your purchase includes a product featuring Indigenous art, 5% of the sale will be donated to the Indian Residential School Survivors Society (IRSSS). You’ll also receive an orange sticker by Morgan Asoyuf (Ts'msyen, B.C. Indigenous artist) featuring her “Every Child Matters” design, created by Native Northwest.

Note: These orange stickers are not sold separately.

💛 ADD-ON OPTIONS

Handwritten Notes

Add a personal touch! We’re happy to include a handwritten note on any card from our shop if you buy one. Otherwise we'll use spare postcards etc. It's still nice, but not as nice as if you pick one of those on sale.

Should you have any other questions, please reach out via our chat window, email or social media.

⚠️ A NOTE ON POSTAL SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

We’re keeping a close eye on national labour activity affecting postal services. For instance, the Canada Post system has entered into rotating strike actions in certain areas as of mid-October 2025.
Given that, we’re continuing to use alternative carriers (e.g., UPS, Purolator, Canpar) when needed, and monitoring service levels closely to keep your order moving.

✈️ SHIPPING UPDATE FOR U.S. ORDERS

Due to ongoing tariff and import policy changes, duties will now be calculated at checkout for orders shipping to the United States. We know this isn’t the most fun update, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support as a small business navigating these shifts. The good news? Everything we’ve shipped so far has arrived safely - and we’ll continue packing each parcel with care, attention, and a little West Coast heart.

Shop small, shop local & feel good about it.

All The Good Things From BC are your gifts with purpose.
