Returns & Refund Policies – All The Good Things From BC
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't quite right, here’s what you need to know:
Returns
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Earrings
- Cosmetics
- Perishable goods (e.g., food)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Refunds
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If it’s still missing, contact us at hello@allthegoodthingsfrombc.ca.
Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at hello@allthegoodthingsfrombc.ca and mail the item to:

Gifts
- If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll send the refund to the gift giver, and they will know about the return.
Shipping

- You’re responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
