All items are shipped from Whistler, B.C., Canada (West Coast of Canada).

Once you place your order, you'll receive order confirmation from us and that means we are working on it. This typically takes 1 - 3 business days.

Unless selected otherwise at the checkout, AGBC uses Canada Post as its primary shipper.

Once you receive a tracking number form us, it means your order is in the hands of Canada Post and AGBC has no means to find out where it is. You can do that using your tracking number or calling your local post office if you feel it's being held up somewhere. 

Current Shipping Promotion as of September 2023 

Maximum shipping rate for Canada is $34.99 CAD.

It means that your shipping in Canada is calculated at the check out and when it reaches an amount over $34.99 CAD you can select the option called $34.99 Canadian shipping.

FREE SHIPPING in Canada for orders over $199.99.

Maximum shipping rate for the USA  is $39.99 CAD.

It means that your shipping rate for USA is calculated at the check out and when it reaches an amount over $39.99 CAD you can select the option called $39.99 USA shipping.

FREE SHIPPING to USA for orders over $250.00 CAD.

 

AGBC is happy to ship your gifts all over the world. We would prefer to use Canada Post and rates are calculated at the check out for you.

 

AGBC does not ship live edge wood items anywhere outside Canada.

All earrings are final sale.

Shipping a return is customer's responsibility.
