All orders ship from the lands now called Whistler, B.C., Canada.

Processing Time

• We ship orders within 1–5 business days of receiving them.

Shipping Carriers

• We primarily use Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, or Purolator.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey - AGBC had no control over it anymore.

Current Shipping Rates (as of Jan 2025)

Canada

• $15.99: Orders under $199.99 and 5kg/11lb.
• $34.99: Orders over $199.99 or heavier than 5kg/11lb.
• FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $199.99 and under 5kg/11lb.
  (Note: If your cart qualifies but weighs over 5kg, $34.99 applies.)

USA

• $22.99: Orders under $250.00 and 5kg/11lb.
• $39.99: Orders over $250.00 or heavier than 5kg/11lb.
• FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $250.00 and under 5kg/11lb.
  (Note: If your cart qualifies but weighs over 5kg, $39.99 applies.)

Worldwide

• We only use Canada Post for worldwide shipping, and rates are calculated at checkout.
• Note: We do not ship live edge wood items outside Canada.

Returns & Final Sale

• Earrings are final sale.
• Return shipping is your responsibility.
