Alan Weir, a Haida artist from the Raven clan of Old Masset, creates bold, innovative designs rooted in Haida traditions. Apprenticed to renowned artist Christian White, Alan carves argillite and cedar with a fresh take on formline art. Beyond his craft, he celebrates Haida culture through singing and dancing, embodying a deep connection to his heritage.
